The visit is always led by the owner herself. A true sensory journey begins by explanations about the Sauternes and Graves appellations; then, a journey through the vineyard to better understand the plant and its implications, to arrive at the top of Barsac with an breathtaking point of view of the geographical situation.
The exploration continues inside, in the former vinification room which has become a tasting room where an old stone press, almost unique, is enthroned. The setting can be surprising, with artistic touches everywhere, right down to the bottle labels, each with its own story. Let yourself be lulled into an atypical world, while discovering the secrets of wine making.
After a quick viewing on the large screen, the highlight is the barrel cellar transformed into an art gallery with a permanent exhibition of paintings and sculptures by the Alsacian artist Paul Flickinger, which is renewed every year. Finally, there is a tasting of 4 to 5 wines with an introduction to wine tasting
